My name is Emma Collins. I’m a senior at Lakewood High School and I’m 17 years old. I’m the photo editor for the SNN. I really love journalism, especially the photo side because I like being able to tell a story with just a picture. I love sharing a story and the truth, journalism is a way I can do that. I’ve learned a lot from the CJAM program, from how to caption a photo properly to having a strong lead for a news story. I also can use skills from this class in real life. My plans are to go to college for photography or journalism. One fun fact about me is I love to draw.
