Prom was “A Night To Remember”
This year’s Lakewood High School prom was April 8.

The Lakewood High School 2023 prom was held at the USF grand ballroom on Saturday, April 8, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.. Tickets were $50 a person, and guests were allowed to the event with the proper paperwork.
The theme was “A Night to Remember,” a Hollywood-esc theme where seniors and juniors were told to grab their best red carpet looks.
“I want to make sure that the students have fun, like every prom,” Assistant Principal Assistant Laura Mudd said.
She and the rest of the committee are working to give students a night to remember. Court voting was held March 31, and the queen was crowned senior Tarielle Hilliard.
