The Pinellas County School District’s Journeys in Journalism program presents, Addressing a Broken Promise: A documentary about the redevelopment of St. Petersburg’s Gas Plant District. Students worked with community and industry stakeholders to communicate the feelings and expectations on the upcoming Gas Plan Development and explored the rich history of the area through past residents.
