Lakewood’s new Career and College Readiness Coordinator Brandon Cooper is available four days a week from 8:30- 1:30 to meet with students and help them prepare for life after high school.

Cooper graduated from Florida A&M University with a double major of African American Studies and Geography which prepared him to help students design and reach towards their future.

“Being a first-generation college graduate, knowing that many of the students here are in the same category drew me to Lakewood,” Cooper said.
