Hello my name is Destini Gonzalez and I am this years Web Editor. I have done sports photography since I was in 9th grade and decided my last year (senior year) I would go with something different. I am in National Honor Society and usually do tutoring and help with decorations around the school. I’m looking forward to this year with the new students and ideas.

Students from all over the school in different grades wears green to show support for the start with hello week on Sept. 21 in the hub of Lakewood High School. This week is meant for building connections, putting a stop to bullying, and ultimately building a community.

"I am wearing green because I want to support what the students are trying to do and bring awareness to this generation," Phillips said.
