Luka Oldani, Opinion Editor / Breaking News Editor

Hello again! My name is Luka Oldani. This year I am the new opinion editor. This position requires me to oversee the gathering of guest columns and letters to the editors as well as writing my own columns. I am also taking on the role of a breaking news editor, meaning that it is my responsibility to write stories as they are happening and are still relevant. This is my senior year at Lakewood. I first enrolled in the journalism class in my junior year, and I regret not taking it sooner. Lakewood’s journalism program has played a significant part in developing my deep appreciation for the dedication journalists put into their work, which I strive to match.
