My favorite album would be Ma’ I got a family by NBA YoungBoy because the songs on there are a vibe and I can relate to them, I listen to them when I’m down or need to be lifted up. Also, one of my favorite songs on there is pay me I listen to very often also ben Lamount Mountain.

My favorite album this year was called Nostalgia by Rod Wave. The album was very relatable to this generation I feel, and encouraged people to keep on going, chase they’re dreams, and remember that it is always someone in this world. They’re 18 songs in the Nostalgia album and it reached Billboard Hot 100. All in all, this album is a great album and is highly recommended.

My favorite movie of this year would have to be Red One. Red one was a very funny and unserious move, but as the same time it was filled with a lot of action. Being disgusted as an elf in mall but actually protecting the real Santa was odd to me but it was hilarious how serious he took his job. Finally thinking he would be able to retire, Santa is missing, Due to jack being able to track him they find him and the two go quest to go find Santa. The movie is filled with so many twists.

My favorite movie that came out in 2024 is Inside Out 2. I could relate to some of the emotions, and it was better than the first Inside Out movie, but anxiety was very annoying and I kind of didn’t like them.

My favorite game was Marvel Rivals because the game is so much better than Overwatch with some of my favorite characters like Spiderman, Magneto, Venom, and Thor. But the characters I play the most are Iron Fist and my favorite character Magik.

In this year of 2024, I listened to a lot of music, but two music albums especially had my heart instantly after the first song ever even being played. My first album I loved when I heard was Billie Eilish’s new album ” Hit Me Hard and Soft”, My second album I absolutely loved was Tyler, The Creator and his new album “Chromakopia”. These two albums have my entire heart for the year of 2024, and I can’t wait to see the new music artist who decide to make more music.

My favorite game this year is NBA 2K25. NBA 2k25 is my favorite game because of all the different game modes you can play featuring MyCareer, MyTeam, online Head-to-Head and many more. My favorite game mode on NBA 2k24 is my career where you create your own character and play in the NBA and try to be the greatest player of all time. This is why NBA 2k25 is my favorite game in 2024.

“Red One” is a fun Christmas movie for everyone. Dwayne Johnson plays an elf, and Chris Evans plays the tracker guy that has led to the kidnapping of Santa. They team up to save Christmas from a bad guy trying to spoil it. The movie has funny moments, exciting action, and a heartwarming message about working together. It’s perfect for families to watch during Christmas break. The story is easy to follow, and the characters are fun to watch. Kids will love the adventure, and grown-ups will enjoy the laughs. “Red One” is a great way to spend time with family and feel the joy of the Great Christmas Spirit.

My favorite movie of this year was definitely Wicked. I loved the makeup, costumes, and CGI. Arianna Grande and Cynthia Erivo made a wonderful duo, and their voices harmonized perfectly. Glinda’s character development had a nice flow, and it left on a cliffhanger that left me and everyone else in the theater excited to watch the second one next year.

My favorite album of the year was by far the “Last Lap” album by Rodarius Green. This album consists of 23 songs and features Rylo Rodriguez, Lil Yachty and Lil Baby. This album in particular was special to me as I got to attend Green’s tour with songs from his new album. This album was my favorite compared to others since Green is one of my favorite rappers and due to the fact that a lot of the songs have catchy phrases which are often trending on TikTok.

My favorite TV show would be Rick and Morty because it gives me a good laugh sometimes and it makes me exercise my brain to really think and make a lesson to be learned out of nothing the show keeps me thinking and that means my brain is exercising when I’m watching it and what it exercises is my ability to come up with different solution to one problem that’s why it’s one of my favorites it helps me build a life skill in a good way.

Arcane League of Legends kicked off with its second and final season. I think this season was even better than the last one. The art style feels evolved and has multiple different forms that show throughput the season, my particular favorites where it was made to seem like it was drawn by hand but still keeping the fluidity of a 3D animation. The story was also just as emotional as the previous season with heavy emotions and plot twists.

My favorite album this year was Submarine by the Marías. It is a beautiful album because it was written during the breakup between the main singer and one of the band members. The entire group experienced this heartbreak, and they wanted to release this album that discussed this breakup. It’s an album that was made to acknowledge this breakup, restore the connection between them through the creation of music. The fondness of this entire album really speaks, especially through my favorite songs on the album Sienna and No One Noticed.

NCAA 25 was my favorite game that came out this year. playing with college teams against my friends for the first time was very fun and exciting. The new college teams and players that I watch in real life and then playing with them on the game was very amusing. when the game first came out, the first month the game had so much hype and everyone was talking about it and then everyone started to watch real NCAA games.

My favorite game out of everything released this year was Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket. This was everything I was hoping it would be when it was announced, it’s essentially the next Pokémon Go from 2016. The core functionality of the game is entertaining and addicting, as well as simple enough to where practically everyone you know can pick it up and talk about it with you. The social aspects of the game are currently limited but when features like trading are added to the game, it’ll be one of the best games to have on your phone.

Deadpool and the Wolverine. Funny, action packed, filled with cursing what’s not to love. One of the best Marvel movies in a while.

My favorite album of the year was “Songs About You Specifically” by MICHELLE. It was the perfect mixture of pop, R&B, and indie rock. The themes were very GEN-Z, and I just thought it was very fitting for this year.

A Movie called “Don’t Move,” this is a thriller movie about a woman who meets a man on a hike, Finn Wittrock gains her trust then tries to kidnap her. Injecting her with a paralytic agent, the woman finds ways to keep herself alive and try to escape the killer. Strong performances from Kelsey Asbille, who gives an eerie portrayal of a woman in anguish, add to the film’s tight atmosphere. The story deftly examines morality, desire, and guilt, providing an engaging and emotionally charged viewing experience.

My favorite album of this year was from artist Kijan Boone. This album was my favorite from this year because of the relativeness from the messages in his songs to the hyped-up influencing beat.

I didn’t watch many movies, tv, or play any games this year, so the few that I have seen stick out in my memory. Out of the things I have watched, Deadpool v Wolverine was the most memorable. It was a fun addition to the Deadpool franchise, and seeing Hugh Jackman as Wolverine one last time was nice. You can see the love put into it; I am positive that it will be beloved for years to come.

Netflix’s new Netflix show Nobody Wants This is surprisingly good and super entertaining! The story pulls you in with a mix of drama, mystery, and some funny moments. The characters feel real, and their struggles are relatable, which makes it easy to get hooked. I loved how the plot keeps you guessing what will go on next, and the twists are unexpected but not confusing. How the show was filmed was clean and looks modern, which adds to the vibe. Plus, the music is on point and fits the mood perfectly. It’s already popular, so you know people love it and enjoy it. Definitely worth binging! I’d rate it 9/10.

Call of Duty: Warzone is an action-packed game that involves highly intense action and high-quality gameplay. This particular update had various different game modes including Resurgence (Urzikstan, Rebirth Island, and Area 99), Battle Royale, Multiplayer, DMZ, Zombies, and Campaign. This game requires a lot of time and effort to be the best at, as it had been released going on 5 years from now. Still maintaining its value, this game also features a lot of customizable weapon classes, playstyles, operators(characters), and cool game packs. Overall, this game is stamped as one of the best.

My favorite album this year is Last Lap by Rod Wave. This Rod Wave album really set out to me since Ghetto Gospel (2019) The features were amazing and the soundtrack on all the songs. This album’s emotional depth, with tracks like the title song “Last Lap” delving into themes of grief and brotherhood. Which is amazing and this album has been on reply ever since

2024 has been a huge year for the music industry from music monoliths like kendrick lamar to great underground artists like MAVI. Yet for me there was one album that shone across genres, that really stood the test of time. My top album of the year is Bird’s eye by Ravyn Lenae, and the fact that I couldn’t tell you who Ravyn Lenae was at the beginning of this year really goes to show the affect and draw of her music. Bird’s eye was a great album that will stay in my heart for years to come.

My favorite album of this year is Chromakopia by Tyler, the creator. The album showcases Tyler growth as an artist during these past 15 years. Like the vibrant beat and lyrics tell his challenged-on adult hood with telling his story thoughts on other life lessons. Tyler, the creator album is mix with Hip Hop, Jazz and R&B all together in this album. I honesty like the Chromakopia it’s the best album of the year. My favorite song on the album is Balloon with Doechii like the beat and the rhythm of the song.

“Quicksilver” by Callie Hart is a fae/vampire, enemies-to-lovers fantasy romance. This book was hyped up by BookTok people, and I have to say, it was worth the read. It was a breath of fresh air because when it comes to fae, it was different. As you go on, the world starts to unfold, which the story easier to digest. The best part for me was the dry humor between Saeris and Kingfisher. It was fun and I really liked the dynamic between them throughout the story, and Kingfisher made the top 3 in my favorite book boyfriends. Adorable animal kicks, great side characters, and great balance between action and romance. 10/10!

My favorite album that came out this year was Sabrina Carpenter’s Short n’ Sweet album. I loved this album because all of her songs are catchy and they make you feel hyped when you listen to them. I also just love Sabrina Carpenter because of her attitude and her beautiful outfits she wears. I listen to her album all the time because it puts me in a good mood and makes me feel more motivated.

Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story- Lyle and Erik Menendez were convicted in 1996 for the murder of their parents Jose and Mary Lousie Menendez. Yet, I feel they had a reasonable claim for what they did out of self-defense. They went through years of abuse ever since they were six and eight years old. The Menendez brothers were scared for their lives up to the day they committed the murder. The show was a vision of the true story from the Menendez brothers’ point of view. You’ll be in for a mind twisting thrill of a lifetime!

The Vampire Diaries is a fun show about a girl named Elena who lives in a spooky town called Mystic Falls. She gets caught up in the world of vampires when she meets two brothers, Stefan and Damon, who both fall in love with her. The show has lots of action, surprising twists, and some scary moments, but also a lot of friendship and love. Elena and her friends face monsters, magic, and secrets while trying to stay safe. The characters grow and change, making the story interesting. It’s full of adventure, romance, and supernatural drama that keeps you hooked!

My favorite TV show that come out this 2024 year is the Anime Dandadan. I had already read the manga, so I was super excited to hear that they were animating it. The animation has sadly finished already but I loved every episode! The opening theme is one of the best ever, it makes you want to start vibing along. The animation was on point, it hit all the things from the manga. The plot may be weird with aliens and ghost adventures but I 100% recommend this to an anime fan. Will be looking forward to a season 2.

This show is one my favorites to watch with or without family because it captures teamwork and problem-solving,

Stranger Things is one of my favorite shows because of the nostalgic vibe that it has the show is captivating and attention grabbing off the first episode Stranger Things has 4 seasons and a 5th upcoming season in 2025 the first episode starts off as Will Byers suddenly disappearing by a mysterious entity and his mother Joyce Byers goes on a hunt to find him but is out of luck due to Will being in a different dimension that only the kids Mike Wheeler, Dustin Henderson and Lucas Sinclair could find through the Dungeons and Dragon world.

My favorite album this year was “CHROMAKOPIA.” The album had no skips for me. My favorite song on the album was “Like Him” because I relate to it because of the distance between me and my father. A lot of people also connect to it because of the differences between them and their father or mother figures. Chromakopia was one of my favorite albums because of how much effort and raw emotion he put into his craft.

This year, I didn’t really invest my time into new releases whether that was a video game, books, or albums because they didn’t really pique my interest. However, a 2024 release I did invest my time in was the Netflix show “Baby Reindeer”. I remember hearing about it, and it seemed interesting enough to where I wanted to watch it, and luckily my family has a Netflix subscription, so I watched it, and I was very intrigued. I wanted to see more each time I finished an episode, and I like shows that are able to do that.
