Chainsaw Man is a Japanese manga series that was released as an anime Oct. 11. Chainsaw Man is the most-read comic and October’s best anime to stream.

The story is about a teenage boy named Denji who simply dreams to live a happy, peaceful life with a girl, but growing up, Denji has inherited his deceased father’s debts. To pay off those debts, he is forced by the Yakuza, an organized crime syndicate, to kill devils to make money.

Chainsaw Man is written and illustrated by Tatsuki Fujimoto who is a manga artist who graduated in western painting from Tohoku University of Art and Design in 2014. Fujimoto is 30 years old, and he has won a Shogakukan Manga Award for Best Shonen Manga in 2021 and won the Harvey Awards in 2021 and 2022 for Best Manga.

I think Chainsaw Man is a good anime for people who like anime and can handle bloody scenes and gore. Overall, I think the story is very interesting. I love the character designs and the voice actors for both the English and Japanese versions. It is filled with great supernatural action, and I would recommend people to watch this anime.
